2 adsorption isotherms measured on a BELSORP MAXII at 77.4 K for N
2 and 87.3 K for Ar in the relative pressure (P/P
0) range of 1E-8 to 0.995. Pressure increase (caused by e.g. gas leak) was under 0.005 Pa/min during measurment.
Prior to the adsorption measurements, the samples were degassed at 430 ºC for 8 h and subsequently degassed at room temperature for 12 h.
